  • Understanding and validating the need for rest
  • Depression and anxiety, and how these and other mental health struggles can make it difficult to function
  • Labral tear surgery

**Update on Leslie’s IUD + menstruation comments in this episode**
Leslie was spotting and having a mini-period over the course of a few months (even with an IUD)  most likely because the IUD had shifted and was out of place! More on that experience will be shared on the Sick and Seeking Youtube page in due course.
